Over here? Over there? This or that??

Have you ever asked the question:  What is God’s will for my life?  If you have, you are not alone!

In fact I think that this question is quite possibly the most commonly asked question in Christianity today.  It is certainly the most common questioned asked in my office.

If you’re like me, you face a myriad of questions and decisions everyday.  Some decisions are small and seemingly insignificant, like what shall we have for dinner:  Mexican? Chinese? Burgers? Italian? Or perhaps decisions like what shoes will match this outfit?  (granted this decision is less significant to some than others).

Other questions are much more significant and involve life-changing decisions.  Should I date? Who should I date? Should I go to college or university?  Should I leave home? What should I study?  Should I get married? If so, whom should I marry? Should we have kids?  Should I take the job out of province?  Should I find a job close to home?

Do I go this way or that? Over here or over there??  Decisions, decisions, decisions....

And in the midst of all these questions we keep coming back to the same all important question: What is God’s will for my life? What does God want me to do? How do I find God’s will for my life?

For the next four weeks we are going to look at this very important topic:  Finding God’s Will.

Join us as we delve into God’s Word to find clues on how to find God’s will for our life.   We may even discover that God’s will doesn’t need “finding” at all because it was never lost!

God loves you and His ultimate concern is that you and I would know Him more deeply as we trust Him more completely.
